Claire Bony has spent her career building and running businesses across interiors, hospitality, and property - experience that now sits at the heart of Cheviot Staging.
Claire's journey began with an antiques and interiors shop, where she developed a sharp eye for style, furniture, and how spaces come together. From there, she went on to own and run a hotel, a restaurant, and a 200-seat destination café - building a deep understanding of hospitality, guest experience, and what makes a space genuinely welcoming.
Alongside this, Claire owned and operated several serviced accommodation properties, personally styling and furnishing each one. That hands-on experience gave her firsthand insight into exactly what serviced accommodation needs to succeed - from guest comfort to nightly-rate-driving design choices -insight that now shapes every property Cheviot Staging stages.
Today, alongside Cheviot Staging, Claire owns and runs an art gallery with an attached coffee shop and gift shop - continuing to combine her passion for design, hospitality, and business.
It's this breadth of experience - across interiors, hospitality, serviced accommodation, and business — that makes Cheviot Staging different.
Claire doesn't just understand how to make a space look good. She understands how a space needs to work, for the people who'll live in it, stay in it, or walk through it and decide to buy.
